Although we are constantly working on improving our e-shop and the clarity and readability of its content, it may happen that the ordered goods are not to your liking.
If the size doesn't fit, the wrong colour arrived, or the product didn't meet your expectations, that's okay. Also, in our store you are protected by a legal 14-day return period. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us and whether the item has broken after a short period of use or you have encountered another complication, we firmly believe that together we will find a solution.
How should I proceed?
In case of a problem with the goods, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to solve the problem together. Please do not send the goods without prior agreement with us.
Pack the goods in such a way that they will not be damaged in transit. If possible, you can use the original packaging.
We will let you know where and how to send the goods once you have agreed with us.
Done! The returned goods go to us and we will take care of the rest.
The goods were delivered to me damaged
If the parcel is obviously damaged on delivery, the packaging is noticeably deformed or the goods inside are damaged, you have the right not to accept the parcel. If you decide to do so, write a damage report with the driver on the spot and take some photographs.
